Kiryu in Kaiju Alpha

Kiryu is the Update 45 poster child for read the cooldown. The official Roblox description printed a full stat block, which is rare for this game. Most patches only name a kaiju. This page exists so those numbers survive the next overwrite, and so you do not spend a wallet on a cannon you fire once per fight.

Live place: 127403135954624 (SULU OPPA). Skills are still 1-5, R, T. Absolute Zero is skill 5. Nothing in Update 45 added a secret mode key. Kaiju Universe muscle memory (triple-tap swap) does not apply here. If a 2023 Kiryu video is in your recommended feed, close it.

• Skill 1 max damage 150 → 220

• Skill 5 cooldown 44 → 100 seconds
• Base XP requirement buffed to 220

Translation: the floor is squishier until you invest levels. The ceiling is a 3750-damage freeze cannon you may not see twice in a short brawl. Speed 17 means you can actually rotate. The XP line means Kiryu is slower to level than a cheap Godzilla. Pair that with the level-up guide before you “just main the mech.”

How to play it

Kiryu is a duel tank, not a street sweeper. Hold a mid-range angle, poke with 1 and 4, save 5 for a committed fight or a stacked cluster you will actually hit. Missing Absolute Zero is a 100-second joke. Hitting it is why the PvP tier list still has to mention the mech after the patch.

Do not farm Cells on Kiryu as your first job. The farming list still prefers beam Godzillas because assists pay while you live. Kiryu’s kit wants a target to exist for the cannon. Empty islands make the 100s cooldown feel like a loading screen. Use a cell farm body, then swap to Kiryu when you want to take a 1v1.

Vote kick exists. A Kiryu that AFKs in spawn waiting for skill 5 is a kick speech. Move. The how to play page covers disengage habits that also apply to mechs.

What it costs

Creator videos from June 2026 showed shop prices around 35,000 Cells on the old place, with Robux level skips on display. The relaunch shop can differ. Believe the live row. Do not believe a $759,974 thumbnail. If Kiryu is gated behind a level, park Srryforrevertlevel from the codes hub for a 100+ farmer, not for a level 1 mech you have not learned.

Older “how to get Mechagodzilla” articles described Kiryu DNA and boss fragments. Those were community paths on the SULU KAKA catalog. On SULU OPPA, open the shop. If it is a Cell button, it is a Cell button. If it still shows a quest, screenshot it and follow the in-game text, not a June blog.

Build notes

After you own it, the builds page is the stat-point home. Short version for Update 45: speed is newly worth a slice because 17 run speed is the difference between landing 5 and eating a Heisei beam while you wind up. HP still matters because base HP went down. Dumping everything into skill 5 damage is how you one-shot a dummy and then stand around for a minute and a half.

Jet Jaguar got a smaller Update 45 pass (HP 4590, cooldown line cut off). If you wanted a mech farmer, Jaguar is the cheaper personality. Kiryu is the cannon. Do not buy both on the same night.

When to buy

1. You already have a beam farmer at a useful level. Unlock guide.
2. You have read Update 45 once.
3. You can play a fight without needing to fire 5 every 20 seconds.
4. You are not trying to beat Destoroyah to a Cell race on day two.

Kiryu after Update 45 is honest: nastier ceiling, harsher wait, worse base HP. That is a kit with a job. Give it the job. Do not ask it to print a million Cells before dinner.
